I love this shot, and I wish I’d seen it earlier, before taking off for holidays!
Marie I hear you on the lighter fare. Lots of veggies these days using up the last of summer’s harvest in the freezer (minestrone!) and of course eating a ton of cime di rapa greens, spinach, kale, etc… I sure do miss my garden tomatoes and can’t wait til it’s growing season.
Is that what a real winter wonderland looks like?? Awesome.. and I’m a bit jealous! 🙂
