I am going to just have to postpone “the diet” until much, much later. Mascarpone is always a staple in the fridge but I’ve always used it in desserts…never like this! Arggh! 😉
I love mascarpone cheese and love the combinacion for a quick dip. And Prosecco too..yummy yummy
