| I used a wonderful aged cheddar in mine and added kale that is still growing strong in my garden. These yummy scones came from, ” The Book of Kale” by Sharon Hanna, and the recipe has been reprinted here. I followed her recipe exactly but also added in about 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese, why not? |

oh my word, those look amazing! I think I will be trying them soon!
wow the color! those look so fantastic and I am busy making spicy pumpkin soup so will have to try this recipe over the weekend. You never cease to amaze!
This is a flavor combination for a scone I would never have thought of, Marie, but I admit they look utterly scumptious!
My hubs absolutely hates kale, so what else could I use in it’s place? Mustard greens, spinach? They are so lovely and I know he’d eat them if I could substitute another green. Maybe even chopped broccoli?
I love the colors here and must make these to eat with some warm fall soup.
These scones look so colorful and delicious! What a great fall recipe! Hope to try them soon.
they look beautiful and I can only imagine how sweet they’d look with a bowl of great soup….and delicious too! I love the photograph of the peeled pumpkin.
Sweetest Pea, spinach would be perfect!
Your food is always so colorful! Makes me want to jump right in and eat whatever it is. I’m really intrigued by these scones and will definitely try them.
