| Cold broccoli salad with lemon, garlic and olive oil. Stuffed baby artichokes, because it wouldn’t be a party with out them! |

| Sausage stuffed mushrooms, and goat cheese filled peppers with balsamic glaze. |

| Eggplant slices topped with tomato and fresh mozzarella. Creamy pasta with prosciutto and peas. |

| Fennel, orange and olive oil salad as well as a seafood salad of shrimp, lobster and scallops, bathing in fresh lemon and olive oil of course! |

| Scallop gratin or just plain old lasagne, love it all! |

I remember these and have made some – but I had forgotten the goat-cheese stuffed peppers. But not forgotten – these will definitely be a New Year’s Eve nibble for husband and I who will stay home and nibble through 2012. Happy New Year, Marie – may you have many joys and always delicious days.

I am making Ragu di Coniglio and fresh pappadelle pasta for New year’s Eve per my husband’s request, as it is one of his favorite meals.

What time is the party? Seriously, they are all fantastic choices, but I’m leaning toward that fennel salad and the seafood salad with all the gorging that’s been going on here.
